Ribbon cut on Shaun the Sheep Farm Garden in Japan

The grand opening of a brand new Shaun the Sheep area at the English Garden Rosa & Berry in Tawada, Japan, took place on Sunday 31st March – announced by Aardman and Tohokushinsha Film Corporation.

‘Shaun the Sheep Farm Garden’ is an exciting new facility within the garden where children and adults can have fun together through ‘seeing’, ‘experiencing’, ‘learning’ and ‘eating’.

The 5,000 square metre attraction showcases life-sized versions of sets from the award-winning world of Shaun the Sheep, such as the Farmer’s House and the Sheep’s Barn alongside a number of statues of popular characters including Shaun, Bitzer and the Farmer. The site also features a café with an outdoor terrace and a multipurpose facility, available for hosting exhibitions and events, to provide further fun for the entire family. The gift shop offers a range of official Shaun merchandise including bespoke items developed especially for ‘Shaun the Sheep Farm Garden’.
