American Pinball is excited to announce the new ‘Barry O’s BBQ Challenge’, commemorating Barry Oursler’s 46-year career in game design.
This Pinball game is available in two editions- Limited and Classic. The limited edition will feature just 100 units.
Some of the roles in the creation of this game, are as follows:
Steven Bowden- took lead in the creation of the game’s complex rules
Joe Schober and Casey Butler – used their experience in software and engineering to guarantee a responsive and engaging gameplay
David Thiel- elevated the game’s auditory landscape
Matt Kern’s- authentic voice production
Further to this, contributions from Steve Bowden, Dennis Nordman, and Ryan McQuaid in design assistance played a key role vital role in improving the game’s playfield. The visual elements of the game were brought to reality by Jack Haeger, with Dan Hughes providing the artwork, and animations created by Jessica Durbala and Bobby Llereza.
The mechanical cohesion and design, was managed by Zofia Ryan and Mitesh Pithva, with Benjamin Kibler taking charge of the project management, ensuring the game ran smoothly. Pinball player and voice actor Jeff Teolis serves as the announcer in BBQ, brought together both the gameplay with dynamic commentary.
