LASERTAG: Creative Works lines up more tutorial days

Creative Works hosted its final 2017 LaserTAG360 training event in Indianapolis recently and has already lined up more for next year.

More than 45 existing and soon-to-be operators attended the laser tag education event in order to learn how to add the attraction to their new or existing facilities. During the two day event, the Creative Works team discussed the design, development, operation, and best practices of Laser Tag operation.

A group of industry experts also contributed, addressing topics such as funding requirements, gaming technology, contract negotiations, hiring and training, and marketing.

Four laser tag equipment manufacturers were available to provide hands-on demonstrations of gear  and it also featured a behind-the-scenes tour of Creative Works’ production facility (AKA the Theme Factory). Attendees got to see the entire “Theme Team” in action, from the sculptors carving props in the foam department to the muralists in the paint department.

After the Theme Factory tour, Creative Works took the group to two entertainment facilities in the Indianapolis area. In a single day, the attendees learned about the design of the attraction, saw the fabrication processes firsthand, and played in a finished laser tag arena.

Creative Works has announced the 2018 dates for LaserTAG360: February 6th-7th, May 8th-9th, and August 7th-8th. Registration for the February event will open this autumn.
