GameTime completes all 2018 implementations of Semnox’ Parafait

Premium family entertainment centre, GameTime, has successfully completed the implementation of Semnox’s Parafait RFID cashless platform at all the planned 2018 centres across Florida. Additional centres are planned through 2019.

Several aspects of the Parafait platform have been implemented at the GameTime centers, such as Point-Of-Sale (POS), Lumin-enabled RFID tap-to-play debit card systems for arcades, redemption and inventory management, F&B and restaurant management, self-service kiosks, customer registration kiosk, and RFID lockers.

Parafait cloud-based management and reporting, online party reservation, as well as several other online functions have also been introduced. Through the online GameTime branded website, customers can now purchase game cards, register their game cards, check balance, or even recharge the game card remotely.

“We took on a very ambitious system wide upgrade, this upgrade was only possible with the correct partner. Early on it was clear that Semnox was willing and able to deliver on our demanding list of deliverables. We couldn’t be happier with the level of commitment the entire team at Semonx has shown.” said Mike Abecassis, CEO. GameTime

“It is a very enriching experience working on this project with Mike and team,” said Bepin Jose, president, Semnox (Americas). He further stated, “Mike’s thought leadership, experience, and partnership is greatly helping strengthen Parafait’s evolution as a Venue Management solution.”

GameTime owns and operates family entertainment centres featuring “Dine and Play” arcades, restaurants, full-bars, and party venues in Daytona, Fort Myers, Miami, Ocoee and Tampa with Kissimmee, Clearwater, and Plantation next on the list.
