Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has appointed Sandeep Reddy as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 1, 2020.
In his new role, Reddy will lead all aspects of the company’s financial strategy and operations, including budgeting and planning, treasury, accounting, tax, financial reporting and investor relations. Leonard Russ, who has filled the CFO position on an interim basis since February 2020, will transition to an operational role and continue to report to Mike Spanos, president and CEO.
Reddy, 49, brings 25 years of finance and strategy experience in primarily consumer-facing businesses. Most recently, he was the chief financial officer of Guess Inc., a publicly traded, $2.7 billion revenue, global, multi-channel, lifestyle brand company in the fashion industry.
