NAM-GEAR smartphones just got smarter…

Bandai Namco Prize Europe has upgraded its popular smart phones to feature not only high-speed 3G technology, but also a Dual Core processor and the latest Android 4.2.2 software.

“We are particularly pleased with these new upgraded 3G mobile phones this season – the quality of the technology cannot fail to impress,” says James Anderson, General Manager, Bandai Namco Prize Europe.

“Due to the costs falling in China on 2G phones we took the decision to upgrade our units to give operators a product that is more desirable to players and which will therefore drive the income on the machines and redemption,” adds James.

Also new this season are the essential Powerbank Chargers, which allow users to top up the batteries of their mobile devices on the move – making them the perfect accompaniment for the holiday season.

In addition, the current NAM-GEAR range features the incredibly successful Bluetooth Headphones and the standard 7-inch tablet featuring a Dual Core processor and a brilliant white colour.

“The current NAM-GEAR range proves that we have our fingers on the pulse when it comes to player demand,” concludes James. “We have actually had to air freight in new stock to keep up with the demand.”

Bandai Namco was the first company to introduce high quality electronics for prizes to the amusement sector with its KYOTO range. The latest NAM-GEAR collection is coloured white to differentiate it from the competition. It is packaged in special boxes with tags ready to hang in amusement machines, printed in anti-glare ink so as to look great even under bright lights.
