Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure partners on guest app, a provider of mobile app technology for visitor experiences, is working with Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure, a 85-acre, family-owned adventure park in Norfolk, UK, to launch an exciting new app deigned to future proof their guest experience.

The new app will create a seamless guest-facing interface that adds value and enhances the experience throughout the visit – starting with a digital wallet with integrated ticketing on arrival, right through to way-finding, messaging, mobile food ordering capabilities and more. Digital ticketing will simplify entry into the park removing the need for guests to print off tickets at home. Way-finding will make it easier for visitors to navigate their way around the site.

In-app messaging will also give Roarr! a mechanism to communicate with their guests’ pre, during and post-visit – highlighting special offers, ticket upgrades and more.

Mobile food ordering will allow visitors to fully plan their day before they arrive at the park by browsing menus on their phones and ordering food at any time, from anywhere on-site, collecting when ready. Because mobile food ordering enables contactless payments, it also means that visitors will be able to pay for their food and beverages without the need to queue at the checkout, handle cash or physically swipe payment cards.
