San Antonio Zoo invites the community to Tiny Tot Tuesday, a full day of hands-on sensory play, nature walks, and outdoor fun designed for the zoo’s smallest explorers, ages 0 to 3
The curated event features age-appropriate programming, gentle outdoor explorations, storytime, water activities, and a live animal presentation — all designed to spark curiosity and let young adventurers explore at their own pace.

- 10:00 A.M. – STORYTIME: Cozy up for engaging tales and interactive storytelling designed for little listeners.
- 11:00 A.M. – TINY TOT NATURE WALK: Enjoy a gentle outdoor walk where toddlers can explore nature through sights, sounds, and simple discovery.
- 12:00 P.M. – WATER PLAY: Cool off with playful water activities that encourage sensory fun and movement.
- 1:00 P.M. – SENSORY PLAY: Dig, scoop, and explore with hands-on activities that spark curiosity through touch and creative play.
- 2:00 P.M. – ANIMAL PRESENTATION: Meet friendly animal ambassadors and enjoy a fun, educational presentation made for young explorers.
