Designed by architecture firm Gensler, the 79,000-square-metre complex will feature eight unique attractions, including a family entertainment centre (FEC) with arcade games, rides and virtual reality (VR) areas.
It will also include a jungle-themed Discovery Adventures edutainment attraction, an outdoor jungle-themed experience, a Play-Doh entertainment centre, and a 12-hole indoor golf area.
Additionally, Seven‘s new venue will boast indoor e-karting, a 10-lane futuristic bowling concept, a 10-screen AMC cinema, and retail and F&B experiences.
Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, chairman of Aseer Development Authority, said: “Aseer region is witnessing an unprecedented renaissance across different sectors and verticals through the endless support from our leadership.
