Semnox Solutions helps Noble Leisure go cashless

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced that its RFID technology is now being used at Noble Leisure, an arcade at Portobello Beach, Edinburgh, UK.

This development will help the venue to make its processes more efficient and will improve the visitor experience.

Noble Leisure has switched to a cashless environment by adopting Semnox’s cutting-edge technology, guaranteeing a quick and easy payment process for customers. The arcade’s new “tap-to-play” cashless technology uses 90 Lumin card readers, making it simple for customers to use contactless payment methods.

Mark Noble, the owner of Noble Leisure, says: “We have been up and running for a few weeks now, and responses from customers and staff alike have been better than expected. From a customer’s point of view, the system is so intuitive and easy to use. Tickets are all automatically saved and stored on their card.”

Three self-service kiosks have also been added at the arcade, enabling visitors to easily control their gameplay. The user-friendly kiosks offer an interactive and convenient experience by allowing players to top up their arcade cards, check balances, buy game credits and redeem prizes.

Vinayaka Kamath, business head, MEA & Europe, at Semnox Solutions, says: “We are delighted to announce the successful implementation of the Semnox Cashless System at Noble Leisure. After conducting a thorough market analysis, Noble Leisure chose Semnox as the ideal cashless solution. The implementation was meticulously planned and executed, resulting in a seamless transition.
