Sacoa, a worldwide leader in cashless payment systems, will be showcasing its latest products at the upcoming Saudi Entertainment and Amusement 2020 Expo. The show will be held on February from the 3rd to the 5th , at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The complete wristbands line will be presented at the show by Sacoa members and experts. As with play cards, these new wristbands models allow players to recharge credits, either at Point of Sale, kiosk or online, as well as accumulate e-tickets or reward points. The wristbands are available in different materials, colours and fabrics, including vinyl, silicone, elastic fabric, and nylon, and can be either disposables or non-disposable.
According to Sacoa, the first clients to become interested in wristbands have been water park and trampoline park operators, since it is highly practical for customers to have all their information stored in comfortable and safe wristbands. Since then, the company has seen more FECs, zoos, aquariums, science centres and museums incorporate wristbands as devices for birthday parties and other special events.
Among the latest Sacoa developments has been the Spark reader, a low-cost, small-footprint, 2.8” HD colour reader which comes with RFiD and NFC reading capability. It is designed to enhance the customer experience with its backlight colouring, which can be adjusted to show age-restrictions, promos, tickets awarded, and more. The device is fully Universal Card Link (UCL) compatible, and it is water and dust resistant in its tap version.
