Bay Tek Games has launched Prize Hub LIVE; an online portal allowing game room operators to analyse and manage their Prize Hub units from anywhere in real time via computer or mobile device.
Operators can check inventory, change ticket prices and upload prize images and quantities remotely, versus having to service the Prize Hub unit on-location. This added convenience works well for limited time promotions or updating missing or incorrect prize images and/or ticket values.

Those users are able to learn about issues before they become bigger problems via text alerts or emails. Plus they can test the printer, vend prizes and monitor status with the diagnostics feature, all remotely for ultimate convenience. And the history feature logs data in real time and that data can be sorted to display prize vends and failures.
