A range of offers are available to help people with disabilities and additional needs enjoy Pleasure Beach Resort this coming season.
The resort offers an EasyPass scheme in partnership with Nimbus Disability, for guests who find it difficult or aren’t able to stand in the main queue line due to medical reasons or a disability.
Using an EasyPass, you are placed in a virtual queue which means you can wait comfortably, before using the dedicated EasyPass entrance to access the ride at an allocated time. Your EasyPass also grants one other guest access to the rides using the EasyPass entrance with you, at no extra charge.
The Pleasure Beach also offers
Adult changing facilities
these can be found in Nickelodeon Land, behind the SpongeBob Splash Bash ride, to the left of the Nickelodeon Land Shop.
Wheelchair hire
These can be hired on the day of your visit from either Ticket Sales or Guest Services. There is a £5 hire charge plus a fully refundable deposit of £20.
Sensory backpacks
Can be hired for a fully refundable deposit of £20, or can be bought for £30, and are available from Guest Services.
Learning and sensory space
Bradley and Bella’s Learning Garden can be found underneath the Avalanche ride where guests can learn about plants and flowers, and take some time to relax during the day.
Assistance animals and dogs
Assistance animals and dogs are also welcome in the park, but conditions do apply.
If visitors require an EasyPass, they need to apply for a Nimbus ID or an Access Card at least seven days before they visit the Pleasure Beach. It’s free to apply for a Nimbus ID, and once applied, the application is valid for three years.
The EasyPass doesn’t include entry to the park, so you’ll need a valid eTicket too.
