nsign.tv’s omnichannel platform for digital transformation of physical spaces

Nsign.tv, the start-up that was born as a spin-off of Netipbox Technologies and which is being accelerated by Spanish investor Lanzadera, has launched a new version of its omnichannel communication platform, which has already been implemented by more than 150 companies in more than 25 countries to digitally transform their physical spaces.

Nsign.tv is a complete platform that, in a user-friendly and intuitive way, allow users to store, organize, program, and play digital content in a measurable, centralized way on any screen. It can integrate flexibility into a scalable digitalization project through AI, Big Data, and IOT to create differential experiences with customers and employees in any physical space.

The new version of nsign.tv incorporates a total redesign to improve its usability. The tool panel layout has also been optimized, rearranged, and includes new modules in the side menu for improved accessibility and more intuitive navigation.

“Nsign.tv’s new design and new features make it the most powerful and easy-to-use omnichannel platform on the market and guarantees marketing departments autonomy for ease of use and lack of technological brakes”, says Toni Viñals, CEO of nsign.tv. “Sectors such as retail, QSR, entertainment, hospitality, corporate, healthcare, banking and education, among others, rely on our platform to manage the digital communication of their physical spaces,” he adds.

The new nsign.tv includes a Widgets Module with its own web functionalities to streamline and improve interactions with the most physical audiences. From now on, it is possible to include Instagram feeds in playlists to potentialize this channel in digital signage and create social walls. QR codes can also be generated to incentivize contactless and scan&learn features. In addition to creating tickers, a tool for writing and broadcasting personalized messages on any playlist.

Another new feature is the People Flows Module, where people flow management tools such as Capacity Control, Multi-queue Manager and Single Line are grouped, functionalities natively integrated into the same platform.

Finally, the latest and most demanded functionality has been the Automation Module, which incorporates a new concept of smart templates, APPLETS, to dynamically change content and save time and production costs. These are micro-applications that run from the platform to change and/or update content automatically from an external source, and that already use customers such as the supermarket chain Bon Preu, or the Mexican cinema chain Cinépolis (the fourth largest in the world in terms of number of theatres and the second in terms of attendees).
