Following the closure of Escape Entertainment earlier this year in Market Walk, Chorley, the unit has reopened as ReBel.
The entertainment centre offers a wide range of activities for all, from families with young children to groups of friends looking for a great night out.
On offer is soft play, interactive soccer cage, shuffleboard, electric darts, pool, retro arcade games, table tennis, and ten pin bowling.
Chorley Council secured new tenant, Rocafella Leisure Group, to bring a fresh wave of fun, fitness, and community spirit to the town.
Leader of Chorley Council, Councillor Alistair Bradley, said: “Following the closure of Escape Entertainment earlier this year, we’ve been working to secure a new tenant that offers family entertainment, so we’re delighted that ReBel has opened its doors.
“Combined with the well-known brands, the cinema and independent businesses in Market Walk, this will encourage people to spend their leisure time in Chorley, and attract new visitors to the town, having a positive impact on the economy.
“We launched our Destination Management Plan for Chorley earlier this year with the aim of establishing the borough as a go-to visitor destination, so having another family entertainment venue only strengthens this offer.”
ReBel said it’s committed to working in partnership with local sports clubs, building strong community links and supporting grassroots activity across Chorley.
A spokesperson for ReBel said: “We’re incredibly proud to be bringing something new and exciting to Chorley. ReBel isn’t just about fun and games – it’s about creating a space where families, friends, and the community can come together.
“With our investment, new jobs, and partnerships, we’re here to make a positive impact for the town.”
