Intercard has engineered another system switchover, this time at Crazy Pinz FEC in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Owner Dave Kerschner wanted to replace an outdated system from another vendor and also wanted a centralised database that could handle multiple locations as the firm is remodeling and updating Georgetown Bowl, its second location in Fort Wayne.
Eric Andersen of Intercard handled the installation, which included iReader Eclipse II readers, an iTeller automated teller and a redemption management system.
“Crazy Pinz has two locations now, so Intercard’s centralized database is a big benefit for them” says Rachelle Gardner of Intercard’s North America sales group. “They can access data from both locations with the same login.”
