“It’s an honour to be named Gold winner by CEO World Awards in two categories and to earn this type of esteemed industry and peer recognition,” said Kaplan. “These awards are a testament to our team’s commitment to ensuring our guests have the best entertainment and dining experience each time they enter our venues.

“Since joining GameWorks last year, we have made great strides in enhancing our concept and expanding the guest experience. These efforts, coupled with our focus on leading the fast-growing esports sector, has allowed GameWorks to emerge the #1 national esports platform and a prime destination for gamers throughout the country. This has required deep dedication on the part of all our team members, and we greatly appreciate their efforts. This awards program acknowledges all we’ve done as a Company in the past year,” Kaplan explained.

Judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the 2019 award winners. Winners will be honoured in San Francisco on Monday, October 28, 2019 during the annual SVUS Red Carpet Awards Ceremony Dinner attended by the finalists, winners, judges and industry peers.
