Universal Studios is assessing the suitability of opening its FIRST European resort in the UK. Following a recent ‘rumoured’ purchase in Bedford, for this exciting attraction to be built- ‘Universal Studios Bedford’, will be bigger than the Hollywood attraction AND would be Universals sixth resort.

After stressing plans that the company is still in very early stages, we will be waiting many months until a finalised decision is made.
Bedfordshire is the highlighted destination for this attraction, as it is situated just 45 minutes away from London, within easy reach for tourists. Further to this, it is close to the M1 AND A1 (both identified as one of the five key transport corridors).
It has been said- The Parent Company Comcast Corporation has purchased 480 acres of land at Kempston Hardwick that once housed a brickworks and is assessing the possibility of building this European Universal Studios.
