Nickelodeon will be opening its first themed family entertainment centre at one of Hollywood Bowl’s biggest venues at Lakeside shopping centre in Essex next year.
The £73 million scheme which will eventually see a 225,000 sq ft extension to the shopping centre, will open in 2018, anchored by the Nickelodeon-themed family entertainment centre.
Rebecca Ryman, regional director of owner, Intu, said: “Hollywood Bowl is the next key letting at Intu Lakeside’s leisure development following our announcement that a Nickelodeon-themed family entertainment centre will launch at the extension. Half of the first phase of the scheme is now let and we’re looking forward to exchanging deals on the remaining outlets ahead of its opening.”
