The new AES standard products, which have been positively received by the industry, add additional value to a range of products that already delivers real benefits to customers. The SCH5 hopper offers fast payout in single or stream mode, at a rate of up to 8 coins per second. Meanwhile, the v2 colibri offers best-in-class MFT coin validation technology and a high level of flexibility thanks to various models and sorters.
The MEI SCR banknote recycler was also well-received at ENADA, particularly amongst the change machine producers who found it could offer superior performance and security in their market space. The SCR is a two-denomination note recycler based upon MEI’s proven SC platform that has achieved a field base of 1.5 million units worldwide. It combines the performance and reliability of SC Advance technology with the benefits of note recycling as part of a total cash management solution. Its architecture includes an anti-stringing mechanism as part of a feature set that will raise expectations for security in note recycling.
“ENADA was a success for us,” said James Boje, CPI senior vice president of Banking, Gaming and Retail EMEA. “Our stand was a reflection of our continued efforts to seamlessly integrate Crane Payment Solutions and MEI. Visitors and customers alike were interested in the convenience of a combined product portfolio, as well as the many new possibilities we’ll be able to offer in our evolution as one unified company, Crane Payment Innovations.”
