Clip ‘n Climb launches a global survey

New Zealand-based recreational climbing specialist Clip ‘n Climb has revealed its latest initiative to help the industry navigate the crisis: a global survey.

In a recent communication, Clip ‘n Climb stated that it’s aim is to understand guests’ current state of mind. Intended for all guests of Family Entertainment Centres, the survey is designed to keep track of the situation worldwide and see any evolution in perceptions regarding safety measures and procedures.

“In this survey, we have suggested feasible solutions and we want to test what is acceptable for our loved guests. The results will be shared with owners and operators to support them in the reopening process and help them to make decisions,” said a Clip ‘n Climb spokesperson.

“For all the entertainment centres which had to close doors due to the pandemic, the decision to reopen soon or not and under which conditions is not an easy one. There are a lot of aspects to take into account whether it is the economic context, the legal rules, or the guests experience.

“In these times of uncertainty, we have seen the industry coming together and we want to make our contribution. With the crisis rapidly evolving, collecting real-time data is crucial.”
