Play Mechanix has announced that Bert Bontemps has been selected as the new CoinUp Customer Support Manager. He has been with the Play Mechanix Family for over six years and is excited to step into his new role taking care of our Coin Up customers.
Bert began his career at Play Mechanix in August of 2009 as a Game Tester after having spent a few years as a Tester for Raw Thrills. He has tested every version of Big Buck Hunter going back to Big Buck Safari. He has an in depth knowledge of the game from both the player and operator perspective. He also serves as a Game Warden for the annual Big Buck Hunter World Championship.
After a temporary stint assisting in CoinUp Support during the summer of 2015, Bert accepted the position of CoinUp Customer Support and Operations Engineer in October of 2015 where he will provide full-time game and operator technical support.
