Betson Enterprises has reached a major milestone with the completion of its 70th Pizza Ranch FunZone Arcade installation, at Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade in Andover, Minnesota.
Owned and operated by Randall Hubin and Sheryl Hubin, the Andover location underwent a full interior remodel and expansion in late 2025, culminating in the opening of its newly expanded FunZone Arcade on December 19.
The addition enhances the restaurant’s family-friendly experience by pairing award-winning food and service with engaging entertainment.
“We’ve seen more and more guests looking for entertainment as part of their dining experience,” said Randall Hubin, franchisee and local owner of Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade in Andover.
“The FunZone Arcade is the perfect complement to our buffet restaurant, and it gives families an even better reason to stay longer and come back more often.”
The new FunZone Arcade spans approximately 2,700sq ft and features 40 arcade games, many of which are multi-player attractions that allow up to 56 guests to play simultaneously.
The game mix includes Top Gun: Maverick (Raw Thrills/Play Mechanix), The Wizard of Oz & Godzilla Kaiju Wars VR (Raw Thrills), Prize Cube (Coast to Coast), Star Wars Coin Pusher (Andamiro), Pearl Fishery (LAI Games), and King of Rings (Smart Industries), along with a diverse mix of redemption games, merchandisers, and video attractions.
Working closely with Betson regional sales representative Ron Hunt, the Andover Pizza Ranch team leveraged Betson’s expertise to guide game selection, layout planning, and overall project execution.
Since opening, the restaurant has already seen a 10% increase in food sales, highlighting the positive impact the arcade has had on overall guest engagement.
“Our sales rep Ron Hunt, and the entire Betson team, were great to work with from the early discussions to the final install,” Mr Hubin added.
“They provided great data and insights on what games to choose, how best to place them in the room, and the electrical and other needs to support the expansion. The install was on time and on budget, and we opened on schedule despite a short timeline before the holidays. I would highly recommend Betson for arcade games and parts.”
In addition to arcade equipment, the Andover location also utilises Betson Parts Packages and Betson Technical University (BTU) to support ongoing operations and staff training.
The Andover installation marks Betson’s 70th FunZone Arcade completed for Pizza Ranch locations nationwide, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two brands and reinforcing the growing demand for integrated dining and entertainment experiences.
Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade in Andover offers a full dine-in buffet, as well as carryout, delivery, and catering services, alongside its expanded arcade designed for guests of all ages.
