Madame Tussauds London has announced that Bella Ramsey will join its attraction’s star-studded line-up with their first-ever figure, due to launch later this year.

The Nottingham-born star began working with our talented team of artists last year, which has so far included sitting for the Madame Tussauds team to collect measurements and reference information, selecting the figure’s outfit and reviewing the initial figure sculpt.

The announcement coincides with the release of the highly anticipated second series of HBO’s The Last of Us, where Ramsey stars as Ellie Williams, alongside Pedro Pascal’s Joel Miller.

Ramsey became a household Hollywood name from the early age of 11 following their captivating role as young noblewoman Lyanna Mormont in the hit TV phenomenon HBO’s Game of Thrones.

The British Vogue cover star is recognised as a trailblazer for being the first non-binary actor nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards and advocating for their fans to be their authentic selves.

On the creative process, Bella Ramsey said: “It’s an honour to work with Madame Tussauds London’s world-class artists on my first-ever figure. I am in awe at the level of detail that the artists put into their work, and it has been such a fun experience to be included in their creative process. I can’t wait to see the finished look and to share it with fans.”

Steve Blackburn, general manager at Madame Tussauds London, said: “Bella Ramsey is a film, TV, and style icon! They shine as brightly on screen as they do in-person, never compromising who they are or what they stand for.

“And working with them to ensure their first-ever Madame Tussauds figure is an exact likeness has been a delight. We hope fans love the outfit choice too – the standout Undercover look from the recent The Last of Us LA premiere, chosen by Bella and kindly donated by the Japanese streetwear label themselves!”
