BALPPA backs Magic Makers charity

Charity is official choice for trade body's debut FEC event and awards

BALPPA has nominated Magic Makers as the chosen charity for its first FEC Trade Exhibition and Excellence Awards on the 27th November 2017 at Drayton Manor.

Magic Makers is the registered charity of The Partyman Company who run a chain of indoor play centres, day nurseries, a farm park, water play attraction and Teddy Tastic make-a-bear company.

Creator and CEO of The Partyman Company and Magic Makers, James Sinclair, said: ‘We’re so thankful to BALPPA and its members for their kind support.  Magic Makers exists to create magical memories for children and their families living with serious and life-limiting illnesses, or those little ones experiencing a difficult time in their life.

Magic Makers will be exhibiting at the trade show where visitors can find out how it can help improve attractions, products or services.

Tracey Bancroft from BALPPA, added: ‘We’re delighted to be supporting Partyman’s Magic Makers as our nominated charity.  We are all in the business of bringing some magic to our customers and this is an opportunity to support those most deserving children and their families.’

During the Excellence Awards, a silent auction will be held for Magic Makers, with prizes and experiences donated from HB Leisure, Drayton Manor Theme Park and Hotel, Kidzania, Willows Activity Farm, Cartoon Network, Grand Pier Western Supermare, DHX Media and Paradise Wildlife Park.

To add to the list of raffle prizes, members can donate a tickets, a goody bag,  or experience by contacting tracey@balppa.org.
