New face for Innovative Technology US
Technical support team bolstered
Innovative Technology Americas has added Dan Pittenger as technical support specialist to its Wisconsin office.
Pittenger joins with a background in both the ATM and printing industries and has extensive experience in customer service and support.
Commenting on his new position, he said: “I’m looking forward to working for such an innovative, global company to progress the overall customer experience and help develop the business across the Americas. In a previous role I was responsible for troubleshooting, training and software installations and so I hope to bring this valuable experience with me to ITL to ensure our customers receive the best possible technical support.”
Andy Bassam, VP of customer support added: “I’m delighted to welcome Dan to the team. Dan has over 10 years’ experience in the ATM industry and his previous roles have given him a breadth of experience in a customer facing role, managing complex technical products and solutions. I am sure Dan will use his valuable experience to meet the technical needs of our customers across the Americas, overseeing the customer lifecycle from sale to installation and beyond.
